5. Shipping Insurance

- Where insurance is optional and declined by the customer, Mumzart shall not be liable for loss or damage during transit.
- Insurance does not cover damages caused after delivery, misuse, or improper handling.
Claims for insured shipments must be supported with required evidence such as unboxing videos, photographs, and courier reports.

- Mumzart shall not be liable for delays once the order has been handed over to the shipping partner.
7. Risk Transfer & Customer Responsibility
- Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order is dispatched.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- Mumzart is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If a product arrives damaged, the customer must notify us within the timeframe specified on the website.
- Clear images/videos of the damaged product and original packaging must be provided.
- Claims submitted without required evidence may be rejected.
