3. Shipping Charges

3.1 Domestic Shipping (India)

3.2 International Shipping

4. Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Charges

For international orders:

  • Such charges are solely the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the customs authority or courier upon delivery.
  • Mumzart has no control over customs clearance timelines and is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Failure to pay customs duties may result in order return, abandonment, or destruction by customs authorities. Any resulting loss shall not be refundable.

5. Shipping Insurance

  • Shipping insurance may be included or offered optionally depending on the courier and destination.
  • Where insurance is included, it covers damage or loss during transit only, subject to courier terms.
  • Where insurance is optional and declined by the customer, Mumzart shall not be liable for loss or damage during transit.
  • Insurance does not cover damages caused after delivery, misuse, or improper handling.

Claims for insured shipments must be supported with required evidence such as unboxing videos, photographs, and courier reports.

6. Delivery Timelines

  • Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to:
    • Courier delays
    • Weather conditions
    • Customs clearance
    • Force majeure events
  • Mumzart shall not be liable for delays once the order has been handed over to the shipping partner.

7. Risk Transfer & Customer Responsibility

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order is dispatched.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • Mumzart is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If a product arrives damaged, the customer must notify us within the timeframe specified on the website.
  • Clear images/videos of the damaged product and original packaging must be provided.
  • Claims submitted without required evidence may be rejected.

Replacement or resolution will be processed as per our Refund & Return Policy.

9. Partial Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages due to product availability or packaging requirements. Customers will be informed accordingly.

10. Force Majeure
