Mumzart operates an e-commerce platform offering:

  • Custom-made resin art products
  • Pre-made resin art products
  • Accessories and materials used for creating resin art

All products are sold exclusively through our official website.

2. Eligibility to Use the Website

By using this Site, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or
  • You are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Product Information & Representation

We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and prices as accurately as possible. However:

  • Product colors, textures, and finishes may vary due to lighting, screen settings, and the handmade nature of resin art
  • Custom-made products may differ slightly from reference images
  • Minor variations are not considered defects

Such variations shall not be eligible for return or refund.

4. Custom-Made Products

For custom-made orders:

  • Production begins only after order confirmation
  • Customer-provided inputs (text, images, design references) must be accurate and lawful
  • Changes or cancellations are not permitted once production has started
  • Completion timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity

Mumzart is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are displayed on the Site and are subject to change without prior notice
  • Prices may be shown in INR or other currencies for reference
  • Final charges are processed at checkout
  • Taxes, duties, or customs charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Mumzart does not store full payment card details.

6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • An order is considered accepted only after successful payment confirmation
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity
  • In case of cancellation by Mumzart, any amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method

Customer-initiated cancellations are not permitted for custom-made products once production has begun.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and courier services
  • Delays caused by logistics partners, customs clearance, or force majeure events are beyond our control
  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon dispatch

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes imposed by their local authorities.

8. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

8.1 Damaged Products

Returns or replacements are accepted only in cases where the product is damaged during transit.

To be eligible:

  • The customer must notify us within the specified timeframe mentioned on the Site
  • Clear images or videos of the damaged product and packaging must be provided

8.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Items with minor variations in color, texture, or finish
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site, including images, designs, logos, text, graphics, and artwork, is the intellectual property of Mumzart and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
